The Neighbourhood Plan Monitoring Group is a small group of knowledgable residents, separate from the Parish Council, who consider new planning applications as they arise and assess if they are compliant with the policies of the Neighbourhood Plan.  The terms of reference explain how the group operates NP Monitoring Group Terms of Reference. The NPMG publishes a summary report for the Parish Council on the applications it has considered.  It shows the approval/refusal decision for each application and provides a running total of the number of new properties built in the parish since the Neighbourhood Plan came into force.
